Terms of Service
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the LinkMedic service (hereinafter the "Operator") and the end user (hereinafter the "User").

2. Description of the Service
LinkMedic is an online tool that allows Users to analyze and scan websites (crawling). The service is available in multiple tiers (including free and paid versions).
3. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use the service. The User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. The User is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Rules for Using the Service
The LinkMedic service allows scanning of any website URL that the User enters into the system.
The User agrees that they will:
- Not use the service to intentionally overload third-party websites (e.g., DoS/DDoS attacks).
- Use the service in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The Operator is not responsible for which web addresses the User scans using the service. All responsibility for any consequences of scanning (including the load on target servers) is borne solely by the User.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for premium plans are handled through an external service provider, Freemius. Payment processing and subscription management are also governed by the terms and conditions of Freemius. The Operator does not have access to Users' detailed credit card information.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties (As is)
The LinkMedic application is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties.
The Operator specifically does not warrant that:
- The service will be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The obtained analysis results will always be 100% accurate or complete.
The Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or reputation) arising from the use of the service, the inability to use the service, or based on the results obtained from the service.
7. Final Provisions
The Operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed about significant changes.
